We’ve partnered with top courier services to bring your order right to your doorstep within 10-14 business days, depending on your location. All packages are sealed to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.
First, check your bank account to confirm the deduction. In most cases, banks roll back the amount within 10 business days. If you still face issues, email us at wedesistreet@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out.

Shipping and Tracking
Metros: Orders are typically delivered within 10-12 business days once shipped. Rest of India: Expect delivery in 12-14 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.
Pre-order products ship on the date mentioned in the product description. If there’s a delay due to unexpected demand or any other issue, our team will keep you informed every step of the way.

You can return any item within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.

Returns are picked up within 2-4 business days in eligible areas.
You can return items separately. There’s no requirement to return all items from your order together—manage your returns as it suits you.
Once your returned item is picked up, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.
No, items bought during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

Currently, returns and exchanges for online orders are only processed via the email. Items bought in-store must be returned or exchanged at the respective store.
